EuralHub

EuralHub was founded in 2018 to create an easy path for companies to access very advantageous investment terms in manufacturing and providing services in Kazakhstan.

EuralHub is creating single-point / one-stop business hubs for companies (manufacturers, service providers, distributors) wishing to enter the Kazakh and CIS market.  Everything a company needs in order to enter these markets will be provided by EuralHub as one easy-to-understand package.

There are multiple challenges when seeking to enter a new market. For Kazakhstan and the CIS these obstacles include: 

• Market research.

• Language.

• Logistics.

• Hiring locally.

• Finding a JV partner.

• Setting up a JV.

• Finding customers.

• Understanding how to approach customers.

• Negotiating with customers.

• Knowing the requirements for participating in tenders.

• Taking part in tenders.

• Regulatory compliance (both knowing what you have to comply with and complying).

These obstacles are expensive to handle, even just in terms of understanding their substance and extent, let alone overcoming them. As such, they act as deterrents and barriers to enter the market for all companies, but especially for SMEs: addressing these obstacles can just be too time-consuming, expensive, and difficult, with little guarantee of success.  This is why companies looking to expand internationally usually focus on better-understood markets, or on expanding in their existing markets, or nearby markets. As a result, both companies looking to expand internationally, and the Kazakh and CIS markets miss out. EuralHub’s single-point access would take care of all steps required in order to take a company from forming the intention of entering the Kazakh and CIS market all the way to signing a supply agreement with Kazakh and CIS customers. 

Industrial Zones & Special Economic Zones

EuralHub has entered into Memoranda of Understanding with the Akim (Governor) of the Astana capital region and with the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region. Each Memorandum contemplates EuralHub developing an Industrial Zone or Special Economic Zone in each of the regions.
