Part 1: Statement of intent

This is the health, safety and environmental (HSE) policy statement of:

EuralHub Ltd:

• We are committed to conducting safe operations at every workplace with no harmful events. We work to the highest standards and expect those working with us to do the same. All employees and contractors working for EuralHub will take personal accountability for their actions and behaviours

• We consider all accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational illnesses and environmental incidents to be preventable. 

• We encourage and support a positive HSE culture throughout the organisation.

• We develop a high degree of HSE awareness and competence amongst our people through management communications and training/coaching programmes.

• We contribute to sustainable development and manage our environmental impact.

• We expect the same HSE standards of all others with whom we contract and interact. We understand and work to the policies of the companies and customers we visit

• We comply with all applicable legislation in areas where we work.

• We review and monitor our HSE processes on a regular basis and strive for continuous improvement

Part 2: Responsibilities for HSE

 1.     Overall and final responsibility for HSE

2.     Day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is put into practice:

All employees, directors and contractors

3.     All employees, directors and contractors:

co-operate with supervisors and managers on all HSE matters

take reasonable care for their health and safety; and

report all HSE concerns to an appropriate person

Part 3: Arrangements for HSE

1.     Risk assessments will be made as appropriate

2.     Consultations with staff on HSE matters will occur on a periodic basis

3.     Where applicable, evacuation exercises will undertaken on a regular basis to ensure routes are signed and kept clear
