Damiano has 30 years experience in the energy industry covering executive management roles in Italy and internationally working for multinational corporations (Shell and Bg Group).

In 2012 he was seconded, by Bg Group, to Kazakhstan and appointed General Director (CEO) of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V (KPO). KPO is one of the largest oil and gas field in the world with a daily production of 400.000 boe and 4,000 employees. 

During his 3-year tenure as General Director, Damiano had the opportunity to develop  strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders including senior government officials, regional Akims and business leaders. He spent his time between the Capital Astana and Aksay in West Kazakhstan Oblast. At the end of the 3 years’ mandate as KPO General Director, Damiano returned to Italy and founded a consulting company. In this capacity Damiano returned to Kazakhstan in 2016 and 17 advising a large multinational company for a strategic project in the retail market.

An experienced international General Manager, with proven management skills of diverse company operations, Chris has a record of innovation, business transformation and target delivery across different business sectors, including b2b outsourcing and energy and oil and gas in the UK and internationally.

Chris first worked in Kazakhstan in 2005 and spent over 10 years there, of which three were spent living in the capital Astana. He performed a number of roles for Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., including as Services Director, where he was responsible for the delivery of all Support Services across the venture.

Chris interfaced with senior members of the consortium and government officials within Kazakhstan, including direct interfaces with national and Oblast government officials at all levels including Ministers and the Akim (governor) of West Kazakhstan Oblast . 

Matt provides commercial advice and economic evaluation to the management of EuralHub Ltd.

Matt studied Chemical Engineering and started his career in project and construction management for Shell. He moved to economic evaluation and commercial management after studying for an MBA.
He has had an illustrious international career, working in senior management positions in Africa, Brazil and more recently in Kazakhstan.

Matt was seconded by BG Group as Economic Evaluation Manager in Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.. His role involved reviewing and approving potential investments and supporting executives, in and out of country, on commercial, risk and management decision making.

Anna brings her skills as an effective facilitator, as well as organisational talent to enhance the EuralHub Ltd management team.

Anna has over 20 year’s experience working in the oil and gas sector, in roles varying from senior level interpreting at high level commercial negotiations and dispute resolution, to business development and cross-cultural communication. 

Anna has an MSc from the University of St. Petersburg, Russia, and started her career in Energy sector in Petroleum engineering department of KPO B.V. in London in 1998, moving to legal in 2000. She supported many IOC executives in their negotiations with the Government officials in Kazakhstan on multibillion development projects and dispute resolution. Since 2017 Anna’s focus is on business development of service providers in Central Asian republics.
